Hey everyone! This has been a roller coaster of a week. As my Weight Watchers leader Rose asked this morning: "What have you done for yourself?" Sometime life gets pretty complicated. You might find yourself in unexpected places dealing with things beyond your control. Bitterness. Anger. Frustration. It's okay to have feelings. Right?
