Happy Saturday everyone! I did it! Made it through my first week back. Hurray. I'll tell you, it didn't start out very strong. I don't even know how I was able to keep upright this morning. But something inside got me out the door and out to my morning meeting. So, how was the week? I was up 1.3 and while old Jen would make excuses, I know exactly where I went wrong: Lack of sleep. One of the biggest habits I've been trying to get in to is to be in bed by 9pm on a weekday . . .
Hey everyone. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is still super cold in Toronto but I still strapped on my boots and got to the gym this morning. Since last February, Saturday mornings have become a ritual for me. I wake up, go to my weight watchers meeting and then catch a Zumba class. It's a morning full of self care but it allows me to recharge for the week ahead. So how did this week go? Last week I gained 1.8. I was able to lose .8 but the holidays . . .
