I don't know about you, but I have a love-hate relationship with New Year's Resolutions. On the one hand, I love setting goals and making checklists. On the other hand, I often get super overwhelmed by the enormity of the tasks, and will often throw in the towel if I don't see immediate results. Anyone else in the same boat? Happy Friday everyone! Can you believe 2018 is upon us? Do you have a list of resolutions ready? Now I never used to make resolutions. I found them clichéd, cheesy and truth be told any changes I had attempted to make in the past would be broken by February (If I was lucky to get even that far).
